General Notary Work
General notary work appointments have a $5.00 per signature/seal fee, and include up to a 30-minute appointment time. Travel fees and surcharges not included.
Estate planning & healthcare: Wills, trusts, codicils, powers of attorney, advance directives, living wills, and HIPAA or medical records releases.
Family, personal & domestic: Adoption documents, prenuptial agreements, divorce settlements, child custody agreements, and marriage license execution.
Government & identity: Passport applications and forms requiring identity verification.
Legal & judicial: Affidavits, sworn statements, deposition transcripts, litigation documents, and general powers of attorney.
Corporate & business: Articles of incorporation, partnership agreements, corporate resolutions, and contracts.
Vehicle, title & property: Bills of sale, title transfers, lien authorizations, and lien releases.
Specialty Services
Specialty services are billed at a flat fee that includes all signature/seal fees, printing, and extended appointment times. Travel fees and surcharges not included.
Loan Signings: Refinance, HELOC, buyer and seller packages, deeds, mortgages, and closing documents. Include up to a 90-minute appointment. $125.00
Facility Appointments: Signings at hospitals, care facilities, jails, and correctional facilities. Include up to a 120-minute appointment time. $175.00
I-9 Verification: Employment verification services for remote workplaces. Include up to a 30-minute appointment. $45.00
Fees & Surcharges
Local Travel: Includes travel within 15 miles of Lancaster County. $40.00
Extended Travel: Includes travel 15–50 miles from Lancaster County. $80.00

Cancellation Policies
Rescheduling, Refunds or Cancellations
General notary and I-9 appointments have no charge with at least 8 hours’ notice. Loan signings and facility appointments have no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice
General notary work is charged 50% of the travel base fee plus applicable surcharges when canceled with less than 8 hours’ notice. Loan signings and facility appointments are charged 50% of the travel base fee plus applicable surcharges when canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations
In Transit, No-Show, or Unprepared
100% of all fees are due if the signer is absent, unprepared, or the appointment cannot be completed after travel has begun.
